    This recipe still needs a little tweaking, but its pretty much your standard flour+yeast+salt+water recipe, but with 1/2 all-purpose flour and 1/2 semolina, baked using the “no-knead” dutch oven method. I mixed up a sourdough starter yesterday and it’s bubbling away in a jar right now, so there should be more talk of bread soon.
