
For some reason I thought that ramp season only lasted a couple of weeks so I was very excited to see that there were still lots of them at the market today. I have big plans for this bunch and the potatoes. I got some arugula and mustard greens, which are among my favorite foods lately. And a bottle of milk and a dozen eggs, three of which broke when I dropped my bag on the subway coming home. Better the eggs than the jar of precious maple syrup, which cost every last dollar I had.

What can you tell me about Green Garlic?
